On October 15th, 2020, O’Connor Utility District will launch an all-new online payment platform. All customers will be required to create a new online profile using the account number and current meter reading from your printed bill received in the mail. This new customer self-service portal will allow you to:
  • View your bill online
  • View payment history
  • Make payments to your account
  • Store a credit/debit card for faster payment processing
  • Link multiple accounts
IMPORTANT: O’Connor Utility District is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice and do not call our office before making payment. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a reconnect fee. If you are disconnected, your account balance plus a reconnect fee will need to be paid in FULL before services are reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your utilities WILL NOT be reconnected unless you contact our office to inform us of the payment. O’Connor Utility District allows up to 48 hours after we receive payment to reconnect any services.
